Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Columbia, MO. This full-time, onsite role offers the chance to work closely with students, parents, and educators to enhance communication skills and improve academic success.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs to support student progress.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in one-on-one or group settings.
  • Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and families to support student progress.
  • Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
  • Missouri state licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date.
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred.
