Job Title: HYBRID Audit Supervisor

At Jobot, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for supervising, reviewing, and developing team members on multiple client engagements in a wide variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and review team members on client engagements
  • Develop and implement audit plans and coordinate with staff and manage firm risk on audits and proposals
  • Communicate with clients on related audit matters
  • Review reports, workpapers, and management letters
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of auditing experience, including previous experience working for a CPA firm
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • CPA license
  • Competent working knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS, and the ability to research and resolve complex accounting issues
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid research and writing skills, excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and clients
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage engagements
  • Ability to adhere to a high degree of professional standards and client confidentiality
