About the Role:
- Work closely with Oregon families to provide guidance and support in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.
- Collaborate with community resources and organizations to ensure families receive the necessary services and assistance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with diverse populations, including those who may face challenges in expressing themselves verbally.
- Assess customers' strengths and service needs, and communicate effectively to establish boundaries and set realistic goals/milestones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science, Social Science, or a closely related field.
- One year of human services-related experience, or an Associate degree in a Behavioral Science, Social Science, or a closely related field with two years of experience, or three years of human services-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish.
