About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Professional to join our team at Qualicare, SF Bay. As a Home Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients in the East Bay area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship
  • Assist with medication reminders and ambulation
  • Provide documentation and charting of client care
Requirements
  • Have a valid HCA (Home Care Aide) certification or be willing to obtain one
  • Have documented experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Pass a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Have access to a mobile phone
  • Be able to travel within the East Bay area
