Travel nurses may be required to float to the Medical-Surgical unit if they possess prior experience in that area. The charting system utilized is Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient - EMR. First-time travelers with three years of specialty experience are welcome to apply.

The nurse-to-patient ratio is typically 1:3-4, handling common diagnoses such as abdominal pain, shortness of breath, respiratory issues, chest pain, and minor traumas.
