Civil Superintendent Job Summary

Precision Industrial Contractors, Inc. is seeking a skilled Civil Superintendent to oversee construction activities at various work sites across the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct daily construction activities at work sites
• Set forms to hold concrete in place
• Clean and inspect surfaces for pouring issues
• Direct the casting of concrete with truck drivers
• Pour, smooth, and level concrete using various tools
• Monitor weather effects on the curing process
• Apply sealing and hardening components
• Operate power vibrators to compact concrete
• Mold and construct expansion joints using joiners and edging tools
• Polish surfaces using power surfacing machines

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a concrete laborer or mason
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work long hours
• Ability to kneel for long periods
• Knowledge of hand-held and power tools
• Able to work shifts, nights, and public holidays as required

Additional Qualifications:

• OSHA30 certification
• Procore experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to acquire a DOT certificate
