Job Title: Automation Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Systems Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC automation systems
  • Diagnose and repair complex electronic control system malfunctions
  • Provide training to customers on electronic control systems operations
  • Mentor mechanical technicians on building automation activities
  • Compile job documentation and conduct self-study to improve technical proficiency
Requirements:
  • General knowledge of HVAC controls systems, facilities management systems, and site preparation techniques
  • Effective interpersonal skills to represent Johnson Controls to customers and other outside contacts
  • Vocational School 4-year program or an Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or similar field, plus 3 years of industry experience or 5 years of experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems in the HVAC industry
