**Job Summary:**
The Certified Nurse Midwife will provide comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecological care to patients in our office practice and on the labor and delivery floor. You will work closely with our experienced medical team to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct nurse midwifery care to patients, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecological care* Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care* Conduct routine exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results* Develop and implement individualized patient care plans* Educate patients and families on healthy habits, disease prevention, and management* Collaborate with obstetricians and other specialists as needed* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
**Requirements:**
* Master's degree in Nurse-Midwifery from an accredited program* Current ARNP license and certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)* BLS and NRP certifications* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and technical skills* Experience in nurse-midwifery preferred* Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and guidelines
**Benefits:**
* Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience* 24 days of paid time off* 4 personal holiday days* One week of paid CME time off per calendar year* CME reimbursement of $1,500 per calendar year* Reimbursement of licensure renewal fees* Tuition assistance up to $2,500 per year* Group malpractice coverage provided by Brockton Hospital
