About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team as a Senior FP&A Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to drive financial strategy and performance analysis within the telecom sector.

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the company's financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling. You will also perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the company's financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the telecom sector.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive performance.
  • Collaborate with key business units, including Sales, Operations, and Technology, to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into meaningful recommendations.
  • Analyze cost structures, identify areas for optimization, and support margin enhancement initiatives.
  • Develop scenario models to evaluate new business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes, enhancing accuracy, reporting speed, and data quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly within the telecommunications industry.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Deep understanding of key telecom metrics such as ARPU, churn rates, and network expenditure.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong capability to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
