About the Role

PKH Enterprises is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working under general supervision to support the Task Lead in establishing and operating the organization's Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing ICAM Programs: Assist in developing and maintaining information systems assurance programs and control guidelines to enhance organizational security.
  • ICAM Program Operations: Support the Task Lead in the establishment and operation of the ICAM program, ensuring that it bolsters the organization's security posture and operational efficiency.
  • Digital Identity Management: Design and implement policies, procedures, and technologies to effectively manage digital identities, credentials, and access controls across all systems and platforms.
  • Evaluating Existing Practices: Evaluate the existing ecosystem of identity, credential, and access management practices, determining optimal approaches for modernization, whether through migration or integration with enterprise ICAM solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on identity, credential, and access management (ICAM) or related disciplines.
  • Certification and Training: IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, GIAC, or equivalent) is highly desired. Experience with designing and implementing ICAM solutions, including digital identity management, credentialing, and access controls.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods and secure authentication processes. Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements for identity and access management (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
