About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at Gerber Collision & Glass. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and repair processes
  • Provide customers with clear and concise information about the repair process and ensure excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics
  • Communicate customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members
  • Participate in daily production walks with the management team and support team members as needed
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to maintain and improve skills
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines
  • Basic computer skills
  • Compliance with DRP's and ability to complete I-CAR training
  • Valid driver's license
