**The Position:**
As an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) staff RN, you will provide critical care to patients with life-threatening medical conditions. You will work in the critical care unit of a hospital or healthcare facility, caring for patients who have experienced invasive surgery, accidents, trauma, or organ failure.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
