Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our cashwrap area, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cashwrap operations, including processing transactions, handling customer returns, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting Ulta Beauty products, services, and loyalty programs to customers.
  • Train and develop new cashiers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a beauty or cosmetics environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products and services, with the ability to make recommendations to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
