We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Lead at Little Leaves Behavioral Services. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of therapists, conducting comprehensive behavioral skills assessments, developing individualized ABA treatment plans, and providing clinical supervision to staff.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement ABA treatment plans and programs based on assessment results, and modify as needed based on data-driven decisions.
- Supervise and manage a team of therapists, providing clinical guidance and support to ensure high-quality services.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet client needs.
- Provide regular training and support to therapists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality services.
- Write reports and maintain client records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
- Ensure internal policies and procedures are followed, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with developmental delays, communication disorders, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Clinical experience conducting assessments using the Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills (ABLLS) and/or Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP).
- Clinical experience developing treatment plans, programs, and materials, and monitoring progress.
- Experience supervising a staff of therapists, and providing staff training.
- Experience working with and training families.
- Familiarity with Skinner's verbal operants and Naturalistic teaching procedures.
- Exceptional collaboration skills with colleagues and families.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills, experience managing a caseload.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adherence to the BACB Code of Ethics.
- Record of success in previous positions as evidenced by excellent references.
- Technologically adept and enthusiastic.
