Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rigger Specialist to join our team at Takkion Ops Management LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience working with heavy equipment and a strong understanding of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in daily safety meetings and contribute to Job Safety Analysis.
  • Assist skilled workers with tasks such as rigging, tagline duty, and spotter duty.
  • Unload and distribute materials to designated areas as identified by supervisors or project plans.
  • Prepare layout areas for lifting and handling operations.
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Direct traffic near work zones and signal equipment operators to assist with machinery alignment.
  • Perform housekeeping duties and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements
  • Sufficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-driven attitude and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Valid ID and ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods in extreme weather conditions.
  • Ability to frequently climb ladders up to 20 feet while carrying loads.
  • Ability to enter and exit tight areas for rigging loads.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment and work beyond normal operating hours.
