Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join our team at Orbis Operations. As a key member of our research effort, you will be responsible for conducting detailed research across multiple networks, providing relevant context and actionable data to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to gain a deep understanding of their technical objectives and intent
• Conduct traditional media and social media analysis, tracing information across multiple inter- and intranet layers
• Author concise, actionable, data-backed products and deliver them to clients
• Elicit and implement feedback from clients
• Recommend new data sources or tools to the team and project lead
• Develop descriptive metrics to effectively describe market conditions

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 7 years' experience in a consulting role in the IC
• Master's degree in a social science or behavioral science preferred but not required
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Russian language competency (ideally 2/2 ILR score or ability to reach that quickly)
• Strong analytic skills and communication skills
• Familiarity with various Intelligence Community partners and their operations
• Proficiency with software and databases used in support of research and analysis for the U.S. Government
