Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Upper Marlboro, MD. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work closely with the school's speech coordinator to provide speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Speech and Language Therapy: Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans for students with communication disorders.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and service delivery.
  • Evaluate and Assess: Evaluate students with suspected communication disorders and make recommendations for speech and language services as needed.
  • Develop Individualized Education Programs: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that address the unique needs of each student.
  • Consult with School Staff and Parents: Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop and implement strategies to support speech and language development.
Requirements
  • SLP License: Must hold a valid Maryland SLP license.
  • Health Screening and Immunization Records: Must undergo a health screening and submit immunization records as part of onboarding requirements.
