Physical Therapist

Soliant Education is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist at Soliant Education, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and Treat Patients: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide Therapeutic Interventions: Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Educate Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention.
- Monitor Patient Progress: Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
- Document Patient Progress: Document patient progress and maintain accurate and timely records.
- Participate in Professional Development: Participate in professional development opportunities and stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
- Doctoral or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy: Doctoral or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Florida State Licensure: Current Florida state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and Patient-Centered Approach: Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic Life Support Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
