Job Title: Millwright Superintendent

Job Summary:

Precision Industrial Contractors, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Millwright Superintendent to oversee and manage the installation and maintenance of industrial equipment and machinery. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the installation and maintenance of industrial equipment and machinery
  • Lead and direct a team of millwrights and other construction personnel
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects
  • Monitor and control project budgets and schedules
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Rigging certification preferred
  • Experience in the paper, packaging, and/or corrugator industry a plus
  • Procore experience preferred
