About the Role

This Electrical Engineer position is part of the Mobis North America Electrified Powertrain team, which specializes in powertrain inverters and Internal Charging Control Units (ICCU). The successful candidate will work on optimizing current products and designing future powertrain electrical components programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections, tests, and troubleshooting on inverters and ICCUs
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify faults or defects
  • Perform vehicle-level attribute testing and assessments
  • Develop and implement new design process methodologies and analytical tools
  • Collaborate with industry experts to improve product quality and performance

Salary and Benefits:$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, including comprehensive benefits package, 401(k), and flexible working hours
