Job Title: 2X10 Weekend Call Center Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as 2X10 Weekend Call Center Representatives. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer issues, and selling new products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Sell new products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service and sales skills

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • State or federal work experience
