Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is proactively seeking a highly skilled Property Manager for our client in Philadelphia, PA. This is a contract to hire position with the potential for permanence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing property management and ensuring seamless operations.

Salary Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience. This figure may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skills, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective property advertising strategies to attract potential tenants
  • Screen applicants, manage contracts and leases, and oversee rental payments
  • Supervise property maintenance and ensure timely repairs
  • Maintain open communication between owners and tenants, resolving any issues promptly
  • C coordinate evictions and legal proceedings when necessary
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • A strong attention to detail and organizational ability is necessary
  • Knowledge of PA regulations and employment law is preferred
  • The ability to work independently is crucial
