About the Role:

As a CBRE HVAC Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems in multiple assigned facilities.

This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruiting and hiring.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, etc.
  • Inspect building HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure operation within design capabilities and environmental conditions.
  • Perform assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance, complete maintenance and repair records as required.
  • Review historical maintenance records to develop proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
