Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and lead crews to meet and maintain daily production goals and production records.
  • Coordinate with direct manager to invoice jobs in a timely manner, adhering to company policy and area goals.
  • Ensure all company safety policies, OSHA, DOT, and project-specific requirements are met for each crew assignment.
  • Investigate and resolve all accident incidents, including job damage, employee injury, and vehicle accidents.
  • Investigate and resolve all property owner complaints, personally.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
  • Experience working in telecommunications or utility construction.
  • Proven leadership experience guiding employees to produce high-quality results and teamwork.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, apply basic mathematics concepts, and read, understand, and interpret documents.
  • Ability to work after hours, on weekends, or be on-call as needed.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a background check and company drug screening.
Physical Abilities & Exposures:
  • Routinely: Standing, crouching, sitting, bending, using hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms to spaces both high and low.
  • Occasionally: Lifting or moving up to 10 pounds and frequently lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
Compensation:

The annual salary range for the Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
