Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize eyelash treatments based on our unique styles and individual client needs.
  • Conduct professional eyelash extension and lift sessions.
  • Perform full face waxing services.
  • Provide brow lamination services (for cosmetologists).
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization as per state regulations and studio policies.
  • Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio service offerings, including optional upgrades.
  • Educate clients on Amazing Lash's exclusive retail products for at-home care.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences for clients with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
  • Offer recommendations and guidance on proper lash aftercare.
  • Attract new clients through our referral program.
  • Embrace ongoing coaching and participate in required training sessions with the Regional Lash Trainer.
  • Commit to continuous skill enhancement through professional development programs.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed in esthetics or cosmetology in the state of CA.
  • Demonstrated experience in eyelash extensions and brow services.
  • Positive, friendly, and approachable personality.
  • Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities.
  • Professional appearance at all times.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to walk.
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms.
  • Must be able to stand or sit for a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
  • Frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching required.
