Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crewmember to join our team at Raising Canes. As a Crewmember, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food to our high standards, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide quick and friendly service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience in our restaurant.
• Food Preparation: Prepare food to our high standards, including cooking, assembling, and packaging menu items.
• Cash Handling: Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions.
• Teamwork: Work together with other Crewmembers to ensure continuity of service and achieve our goals.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.

Requirements:

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, kneel, bend, twist, and ascend or descend stairs.
