Job Summary:

Corrugated Supplies Company is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our corrugating machines, robotic assembly devices, and other production equipment. You will work closely with our Shift Team to achieve our company's goals and maintain the highest standards of Safety, Quality, Cost, and Production.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain high-speed corrugating machines and other production equipment
Follow all PPE and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area
Achieve conformance to production goals, product quality, and cost
Troubleshoot problems throughout the production run to minimize safety hazards, loss of quality, production, and downtime
Effectively communicate with plant operations and facility management

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in the corrugated industry is strongly preferred
Experience in a manufacturing facility is a plus
Associates degree directly related to manufacturing is a plus
Related Military training/experience is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:

The work environment is fast-paced and may involve exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, high temperatures, and loud noises. You must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods, maintain balance on narrow walkways, and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
