  • Maintain high service standards, handling cashiering responsibilities and check control procedures.
  • Serve all food and beverage items according to use records and established procedures.
  • Assist with busing tables when necessary.
  • Exercise positive warm hospitality, striving for finer points of service such as ensuring water glasses are filled and tables are free from dirty dishes.
