Automation Personnel Services is seeking a
Remote Crane Operator for a dynamic organization. In this position, you will be primarily responsible for the safe operation of the Remote Crane controls.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Remote Crane Operator
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate traveling or stationary overhead cranes to manage loads, including machinery, equipment, and bulk materials, following written, verbal, or signal instructions to control the crane's speed and direction.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify defects, ensure proper functioning, and maintain the crane and hoisting mechanisms.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate lifts and ensure efficient operations.
  • Transport materials to designated areas within the facility, ensuring inventory accuracy and organization.
  • Adhere strictly to safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment and proper load securing.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and other storage areas, ensuring careful handling to prevent damage.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Valid certification as an Overhead Crane Operator.
  • Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy metal materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination for maneuvering equipment in confined spaces and busy environments.
  • Experience operating various types of forklifts, including counterbalance, reach, and pallet jack.
