Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs, developing treatment plans, and providing high-quality therapy services to promote recovery and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being
  • Conduct regular assessments and reassessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
Requirements
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Licensure and registration as a Physical Therapist in Hawaii
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
