At IHOP - Smyrna (Team Blvd), we're not just looking for a Line Cook, we're looking for a team member who embodies our values and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing all menu items according to our recipes, plate presentations, and specifications. You'll work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that every dish that goes out is of the highest quality.

• Prepare all menu items according to our recipes, plate presentations, and specifications
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality dishes
• Set up equipment, verify stock, and clean cooking equipment
• Prepare food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Current food certification that meets state requirements is preferred
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a restaurant environment
