Job Description:

Total Aerospace Services is looking for an experienced Lead Aircraft Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of aircraft components, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads maintenance teams to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Reviews and ensures completion of maintenance tasks in accordance with federal regulations and company policies.
  • Mentors and develops technical and leadership skills within the team.
  • Identifies and suggests process improvements for increased efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of recent commercial aircraft maintenance or MRO experience, Repairman, Airframe, or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification, strong communication skills, and ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
