Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Another Broken Egg Cafe Wichita. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service by maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with servers and Host/Hostess to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of restrooms and the outside perimeter of the building.
  • Restock bus areas and ensure all necessary supplies are available.
  • Provide excellent guest service by clearing dishes and glassware, resetting tables, and offering assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Able to lift and carry cases and bus tubs of up to 70 lbs. Up to 20 times per shift.
  • Work indoors 98%; outdoors 2%
  • Walk or stand most of 6-8 hour shift.
  • Must be able to read menu items and speak English.
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop, and perform cleaning duties.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate guests' needs to other employees.
  • Professional phone skills.
