Job Description

MISTRAS Group, Inc. is seeking highly skilled NDT Assistants to join our team in the Gulf of Mexico. As an NDT Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our clients' assets through non-destructive testing methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures to inspect and evaluate the condition of materials and equipment.
  • Operate and maintain NDT equipment, including ultrasonic testing, radiography, and magnetic particle testing.
  • Interpret test results and provide recommendations for maintenance and repair.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in NDT or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of NDT principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
