Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Compass Center, Inc.

This position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to build a caseload. Compensation is based on experience, with a rate of up to $65 per billable hour. Benefits include paid training, drive time reimbursement, report writing, mileage, tech reimbursement, and some cancellations. Additionally, eligible candidates are offered a 401K plan and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one intervention with children and their families
  • Administer developmental assessments and write reports within designated timelines
  • Model effective adult-child interactions and provide written information on parenting and child development, as needed
  • Monitor, document, and share the child's progress with the family, management, and Service Coordinator
  • Maintain a personal calendar, meet timelines, and complete tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences
  • Valid California Driver's License with a good driving record, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
  • California Speech-language pathologist license
  • Pass complete Livescan fingerprinting and background check procedure
