Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Job

The RN Case Manager PRN will work closely with patients and their families to identify discharge planning needs and develop personalized plans that optimize functional and self-care abilities. This includes facilitating system access and appropriate utilization of services, promoting quality and cost-effective outcomes, and providing education to hospital staff, physicians, patients, and caregivers.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a relevant area. As a RN Case Manager PRN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree nursing program
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in a relevant area
  • RN License to practice as a professional registered nursing in the state of Texas or Active Multi-State RN Compact License
  • PREFER: Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least one year of experience in utilization review, resource management, discharge planning, or case management
