Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Aerospace Production Specialist to join our team at Precision Aerospace Corp. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating various production equipment, including auto and manual metal stamping presses, foot shear, brake press, drills, arbor press work, honing machines, manual mills, and manual lathes to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production equipment to produce parts according to process documentation
  • Perform assembly and installation of parts, including thread inserts, pins, plugs, valves, and other components
  • Conduct inspections using micrometers, calipers, comparators, gauges, and CMM equipment
  • Diagnose and correct equipment or tool issues, and perform de-burr or rework of work in-process
  • Maintain workstations to 5S standards and perform operator maintenance tasks
Requirements
  • 1 year minimum of successful experience in production machinery operation, metal stamping, presswork, assembly, and hand tools
  • Ability to use common measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Blueprint reading skills and basic Windows and MS Office skills
  • Ability to perform basic math functions and eligibility to work with sensitive controlled data and materials according to ITARs policy and practice
