Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Banking Executive to lead and manage the daily operations of a full-service branch office at Trustco Bank.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to branch staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Customer Focus: Develop strategies to engage customers and increase loyalty.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail banking or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
