Our mission is to restore health and elevate the quality of life for our patients. We are seeking a committed Licensed Practical Nurse / HBO Technician (training provided) to administer Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to our referred patients.
Key Responsibilities:• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments tailored to age-specific needs within designated time frames.
• Deliver therapy and manage hyperbaric chamber operations.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to utilize the nursing process for optimal patient care outcomes.
• Participate in the department's quality improvement initiatives and assist in data collection for Quality Assurance & Education.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all care provided in accordance with hospital and departmental policies.
• Maintain and clean hyperbaric chamber equipment as required.
• Recognize changes in patient conditions and respond appropriately.
• Enter all patient treatment notes into the EMR system.
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and adhere to all Patient Safety Initiatives and Infection Control Procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, their families, referring physicians, and colleagues.

• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association
• Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B, EMT-I, EMT-CC, EMT-P), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) in the relevant state.
• Additional advanced medical certifications will be considered.
• CHT training/certification is preferred.
• Previous experience with wound care patients is preferred (training available).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is preferred.
• Must be physically capable of performing CPR.
