Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a full-time entry-level Indoor Air Quality Duct Cleaning Specialist. This role is essential for enhancing air quality by meticulously cleaning air duct systems.
Comprehensive training will be provided, offering a significant opportunity for career advancement and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of duct systems to ensure basic maintenance and conduct inspections with effective communication.
- Execute cleaning of air-handling units.
- Clean and label all registers and returns as necessary.
- Safely and efficiently relocate furniture to prepare for cleaning tasks.
- Clean kitchen hoods and their exhaust duct systems in commercial settings.
- Assist in maintaining a clean work environment.
- Conduct maintenance on duct cleaning equipment, tools, and vehicles.
- Document the cleaning process with before, during, and after photographs.
- Manage daily inventory within the vehicle.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in HVAC or mechanical fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
- Ability to pass required background checks for specific facilities.
- Flexibility to work off-shift hours, including nights and weekends, and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
- This position requires the use of a respirator, necessitating a clean-shaven appearance.
