Cocktail Server

We are seeking a skilled and attentive Cocktail Waitress to join our team at Grown Folks Social Club. As a Cocktail Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our customers have an excellent experience.

• Interact with customers, take orders, make recommendations, and provide accurate bills.
• Handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently.
• Clean and clear tables.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as preparing ingredients and restocking supplies.
• Learn about food and beverages, including wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Take inventory of supplies and ingredients.
• Verify customers' identification to ensure they are of legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages.
• Stand, walk, and carry heavy trays of food and drinks.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience may be preferred, especially in fine dining establishments.
• Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
• Friendly and attentive attitude.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Passion for providing high-quality service.
• Compliance with local, state, and federal liquor laws.
• Willingness to work peak hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
