YOUR ROLE:

As a Luxury Beauty Consultant at Ulta Beauty, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients to discover their personal beauty journeys. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming all customers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Updating guests on current promotions, events, and services available in-store.
  • Achieving and surpassing individual sales and productivity targets.
  • Maintaining a polished image that reflects expertise in luxury cosmetic lines.
  • Conducting makeup applications, skincare consultations, and product demonstrations.
  • Scheduling appointments for special events.
  • Ensuring that all testers in the luxury section are well-stocked and meet hygiene standards.
  • Keeping inventory full within the luxury categories.
  • Executing and maintaining planograms and visual merchandising standards.
  • Upholding cleanliness and organization within the luxury area and color library.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • A Demonstrators license is required in Nevada.

Experience:

  • At least one year of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.

Skills:

  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with guests.
  • Proven track record in driving sales and promoting products and services.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Regularly required to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds of merchandise throughout the shift.
