Job Overview

Tone Up Health & Fitness is seeking a highly motivated Collection and Membership Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with members to resolve outstanding debts and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payment Processing: Process payments quickly and efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions for our valued customers.
  • Member Communication: Engage in open and respectful dialogue with members to discuss their overdue payments and provide solutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activity, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Investigation and Resolution: Investigate the reasons behind delinquency and work with members to resolve issues and bring accounts up to date.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Candidate Profile: We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in customer service or collections is an asset.
  • Skill Set: Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to manage stress are essential for this role.
  • Availability: The ideal candidate must be available to work within regular business hours (9am-5pm).
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
