Key Responsibilities:
- Employ the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients receiving home health services.
- Develop and adjust care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers based on patient assessments.
- Execute therapeutic and preventive nursing interventions according to established care goals.
- Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation of patient responses.

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the applicable state.
- Current Health Certification as required by state regulations.
- Recent PPD or Chest X-Ray documentation.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred: Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
