Clinical Healthcare Assistant

MyTeam Medical Staffing is hiring 2 medical assistants or EMTs for a reputable medical organization in a specialty clinic. One position is full-time, and the other part-time (3 days per week). Surgical experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Job Description- Room patients, confirming reason for visit
- Prepare treatment rooms for clinical procedures
- Document pharmacy calls, relay messages to doctors and patients
- Order tests and prescriptions
- Scan documents into patient files
- 1 year of experience in a physician office or clinic as a clinical assistant
- Accredited Medical Assisting program graduate
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current CPR certification (AHA preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
