Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the CT Supervisor and the general supervision of the Director of Imaging Services, performs CT Scan procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of disease and injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts CT Scan procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of disease and injuries.
  • Works under the direct supervision of the CT Supervisor and the general supervision of the Director of Imaging Services.
  • Provides patient care and education to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment.
  • Stays up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Satisfactory completion of an AMA approved School of Radiology Technology.
  • New Mexico Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy Program - New Mexico Environment Department upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
  • Preferred qualifications include Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board and Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
