About the Role

This 12-week internship will provide you with hands-on experience in operations, allowing you to develop valuable skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment. You'll work on projects that drive business growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Intern, you'll be responsible for:
  • Developing project charters to outline objectives, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
  • Leading initiatives, strategic analysis, and business case development across Operations functions
  • Presenting findings through various forums, including an intern-wide poster session and a final readout to executive management

Requirements

To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's Degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent
  • Have completed one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing
  • Be enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program following the potential internship or co-op assignment with an accredited college or university
  • Not be employed at the time the internship starts
  • Be located in the United States for the duration of the internship

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with a strong foundation in Engineering, Life Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Applied Mathematics, or Data Science. If you have experience with MS Office Applications, VBA for Excel, and SQL, that's a plus.
