Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
- Current Wisconsin RN licensure
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or commitment to obtain within five years
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a labor and delivery nurse (for OB Department)
- Completion of relevant certifications and training programs (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC)
