Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Verify and record received items in the system
  • Organize merchandise in designated areas
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
  • Manage logistics related to product movement
  • Process paperwork and coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff
  • Prepare and package items for shipment
  • Receive and unpack materials and supplies
  • Ship outgoing mail and packages
  • Utilize Sage 50 for AP inventory tracking
  • Work overtime as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
  • Experience with Sage 50 or similar inventory tracking software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
