Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the United States. This role involves assessing and treating individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. The position also comes with competitive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients with speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized assessment tools.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to improve communication skills, working closely with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and progress reports.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families, promoting effective communication strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • A current SLP license in the United States.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or adult patients, with a focus on developing tailored treatment plans.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification is highly preferred.
